WHAT WE'LL ACTUALLY DO

What good cover does.
And what to look at.

01

Know what you actually have

Most people don't know the details of their existing cover. We'll walk through what's there — the amount, the waiting period (for income protection), the exclusions that matter.

02

See if there’s a real gap

Once you know what you have, we can be honest about whether it's enough for your situation, your income and your family.

03

Understand your options

If there's a gap worth closing, we'll explain the ways to close it. If there isn't, we'll say so and you're done.

04

Have someone in your corner

If you ever need to claim, Justin can help you understand the process. That's the part most people don't think about until it matters.

Ready to see where you actually stand?

Two minutes on the Cover Check, then 15 minutes with Justin. That's the whole process.

REAL PEOPLE. REAL SUPPORT.

It matters when life happens.

Justin talked me through it all in a way I could understand. I wouldn't have known how to access my super to arrange things — he did it all for me.

GOOD QUESTIONS

Let's clear a few
things up.

Does the first call cost anything?

No. The 15-minute Cover Check is free, with no obligation. If you choose to continue, Justin explains the advice process and how he is paid before you commit.

I'm not sure which cover type I need. Can I still book?

Yes. Choose "Not sure" on the first question of the Cover Check. Justin will help you work out which cover types are worth thinking about for your situation.

Is the insurance in my super enough?

It depends on the cover and your circumstances. Check the amount, waiting period (for income protection) and definitions in your fund's insurance guide. Bring your questions to the call — Justin can help you read your statement.

Can I get cover if I'm self-employed?

Availability depends on your occupation, income, health and the insurer. Justin can explain which questions to ask and what information is likely needed.

Am I signing up for insurance on this call?

No. The Cover Check is an initial conversation about your situation, questions and next steps. You decide whether to proceed. It does not provide a personalised recommendation or guarantee cover.

What if I already have policies I'm happy with?

You can start with what you have. Justin can explain the details worth checking or help you understand your options if you want to review other providers. There is no obligation.

What if I've been declined before or have health issues?

Being declined by one insurer doesn't mean every insurer will decline. Justin can explain which questions to ask and which insurers may be worth exploring for your situation.

Will I need a medical exam?

Not always. The insurer, cover type and your health history determine what information is needed. Some applications require further medical evidence.
